Contact

Email contact@adriplan.app. Please include your iOS version and what you were trying to do. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, private calendar links or invite codes you don't want others to use.

Joining with an invite

  1. Open the invite link on your iPhone. If Adri is installed, it opens directly with the code filled in.
  2. If not, install Adri from the App Store, open it and choose Join group.
  3. Enter or paste the eight-character code, for example K7QM-2XPD.

A code can expire, run out of uses or be revoked. If it doesn't work, ask the person who invited you for a new one.

Frequently asked questions

I got a new iPhone. How do I get my account back?

If iCloud Keychain is on, Adri signs in on your new iPhone automatically. Otherwise, sign in with the Apple ID or Google Account you connected. An account without a sign-in method and without iCloud Keychain exists only on its device.

Why don't I get notifications?

Open Account settings → Notifications in Adri. It shows each category and whether iOS allows notifications. Also check the group’s notification mode in Group.

Can I edit shifts and events in Google Calendar?

No. The calendar belongs to Adri. Changes made in Google Calendar are overwritten on the next sync. Make changes in Adri.

Someone has my ICS feed link.

Reset the link under Group → Calendar integrations in Adri. The old link is replaced. A cached copy can remain available for up to a minute.

Deleting your account

In Adri, open Account settings → Delete account. You leave every group. Groups in which you are the only account are deleted. Your data is purged after 30 days. If you only want to leave a group, use Group → Leave group instead.

Exporting your data

Open Account settings → Export data to save your account as a JSON file. For one group, open Group → Export data. You can export your account once a day and each group once a day.

The file looks like this. IDs are as stored, times are RFC 3339 in UTC, and each group includes its time zone. A file ending in "complete": true is complete. Secrets and internal records are never included.

Holiday coverage

Holiday data comes from the OpenHolidays API: public and school holidays, with coverage that varies by country and region. Coverage and accuracy depend on that source. If your country or region is missing or wrong, please report it to OpenHolidays.
